In such cases, we will ship the available products and notify you regarding the pending items. You may choose to wait for restocking or opt for a refund.

1.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. All shipping costs must be paid at the time of purchase.

1.3 Order Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays. We strive to minimize delays and keep you updated throughout the process.

1.4 Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 4–22 business days (varies by location and courier)

1.5 Address Changes

You may request a change in the shipping address before the order is dispatched.

1.6 P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. boxes via postal services only.

  • Military addresses are supported via USPS only.

1.7 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package.

1.8 Delays or Damage in Transit

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team for assistance.

  • If your parcel is damaged, reject it upon delivery if possible, or contact us with photos and details immediately.


2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns for unused products in original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping.

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit (shipping charges are non-refundable).

2.2 Warranty Returns

If your item is defective or damaged, you can claim a warranty return within 90 days.

  • Return shipping must be prepaid (we’ll reimburse if the claim is valid).

  • Once approved, you can choose between:

    • Refund to original payment method

    • Store credit

    • Replacement (subject to stock availability)

2.3 Refund Processing

After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment methods within 7 to 10 working days.

2.4 Late or Missing Refunds

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged items.

Exchanges or replacement of the product will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days


4. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.


5. Return Shipping Address

You must send your return items to the return address we provide after your request is approved via email.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.


6. Cancellations

If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it upon request.
